1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Products and Services

We provide biomass pellet equipment, solid waste treatment equipment, sludge treatment solutions, environmental engineering consulting, boilers, hot water boilers, biomass hot air furnaces, burners, steam generators, customized equipment development, technical cooperation, and related industrial products and services.

Product descriptions, technical parameters, images, drawings, and application examples on this website are provided for reference only. Final specifications, scope of supply, drawings, and technical requirements shall be subject to the confirmed quotation, contract, proforma invoice, or technical agreement.

3. Quotations and Orders

All quotations are based on the information provided by the customer, including raw materials, fuel type, capacity, working conditions, site requirements, voltage, emission standards, and application needs. If project conditions change, we reserve the right to adjust the technical solution, price, delivery time, or scope of supply.

An order becomes effective only after written confirmation by both parties and receipt of the agreed payment or deposit. Any change to the order must be confirmed in writing before production or shipment.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are quoted according to the agreed product configuration, quantity, trade terms, currency, packaging requirements, and delivery conditions. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, destination charges, installation costs, or other third-party fees.

Payment terms shall be specified in the quotation, proforma invoice, sales contract, or other written agreement. Delayed payment may result in delayed production, delayed shipment, suspension of service, or additional costs.

5. Production and Delivery

Production time and delivery schedule are estimated based on product type, customization level, material availability, order quantity, inspection requirements, and payment status. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed as fixed dates in writing.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, customs clearance, port congestion, transportation issues, customer-side approval delays, changes in technical requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Installation and Commissioning

For equipment projects, installation and commissioning requirements shall be determined according to the agreed contract. We may provide installation drawings, manuals, online technical guidance, remote support, or on-site service where available and agreed in writing.

The customer is responsible for preparing the installation site, civil foundation, utilities, power supply, fuel supply, water supply, lifting equipment, local permits, safety conditions, and qualified operators unless otherwise agreed.

7. Warranty and After-Sales Service

Warranty terms shall follow the confirmed quotation, contract, or written warranty document. During the warranty period, we may provide repair advice, replacement parts, technical support, or other service according to the specific equipment condition and agreed warranty scope.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, incorrect operation, unauthorized modification, unsuitable raw materials or fuel, poor maintenance, overload operation, wear parts, consumables, force majeure, or failure to follow operating instructions.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information, confirming technical requirements, complying with local laws and regulations, arranging necessary permits, using the equipment safely, maintaining equipment properly, and ensuring that operators are trained and qualified.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, product information, drawings, technical materials, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Rongzhenghao Industrial Co., Ltd. and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of production, loss of profit, business interruption, or other economic losses arising from website use, product selection, project delay, equipment operation, or third-party services.

11. Website Information

We try to keep website information accurate and updated, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free. Product improvements, technical updates, and design changes may be made without prior notice.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
